Bookings and Payments
All payments are in euros. Payment is due at booking. Online clients are responsible for suitable devices and internet access.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Digital products and online services may be non-refundable once delivered, subject to EU consumer rights.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their decisions, actions, and wellbeing during sessions.
