  • Practices vary in length, so you can choose what fits your energy and time. Even short sessions are enough to create a shift.

  • You can practice from home or anywhere you feel safe and comfortable. All you need is a quiet space and an internet connection.

  • If Ground feels supportive, you can continue with a paid membership. If not, you can cancel before the trial ends.
